About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Group Technology Product - Risk team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping software solutions that meet both business and user needs, managing complex requirements and acting as a strategic partner to key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading requirement analysis, facilitating stakeholder communications and product delivery. Job Responsibilities Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful technology product deliveries. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are accurately translated into application features. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and feedback sessions to refine business requirements. Oversee project team to drive successful project delivery. Conduct gap analysis, identify and drive business process improvements and propose innovative solutions. Act as liaison between business units and the technical team to resolve any conflicts or roadblocks. Ensure that application development aligns with business goals, regulatory requirements and user expectations. Job Qualification Experience Level: Proven experience 4-6 years as a Project or Tech Product Manager for software application development. Experience in Financial Services industry is required. Risk/Compliance domain knowledge would be preferred but not mandatory. Education Level: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field Proven experience in working with stakeholders and product delivery. Experience working in a Product or DevOps/Agile centric delivery model Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills. Excellent communications skills with ability to influence stakeholders. Ability to work with manage multiple priorities and work through uncertainty effectively. Experience with tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira and Confluence.
