UXUI Application Designer

About the role

Job Responsibilities Lead the design process from concept to completion for mobile apps, application solutions for assigned project. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring a delightful user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate functional application design ideas and solutions. Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our projects fresh and exciting. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on the team, fostering a culture of creativity and fun. Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing designs for mobile apps, application solutions. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision, Lucidchart. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions. Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems with a functional thinking process. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
