Job Responsibilities Assist Senior Manager in driving the product development & implementation process to ensure timely delivery of new and/or revamped products as agreed by the Product Steering Committee. Work closely with distribution channels and stakeholders (e.g. Life Administration, Information Technology, Actuarial, Marketing, etc.) to resolve issues arising from the implementation of new and/or revamped products Prepare documentation needed to support new and/or revamped products and deployment (e.g. product specifications, policy contracts, illustration, product approval templates, etc.) Conduct product comparison to monitor competitive positioning of PHKL products Assist to formulate channel and customer communication plan on annual bonus / dividend declaration Support ad-hoc projects as assigned Job Requirements University graduate in any discipline At least 6 years relevant work experience in life insurance company Experience in developing participating products is preferred Knowledge of life insurance products Good analytical, communication and presentation skills Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager role Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
