You and your team will determine our brand's reputation with each guest interaction. At least five years of management experience in a retail environment Experience with the following: Point of Sale systems, computer proficiency Labor Scheduling and Workforce Management People development Loss prevention and cash management Recruitment, training and performance management Scheduling and payroll management Delivery of Employee training, facilitating meetings, and delivering feedback Ability to use voice amplifiers, headsets, ear pieces, and/or microphones Ability to drive top line sales through effective floor leadership and people development Ability to work nights and weekends with some working times occurring outside of the store at the store front. Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing/point of sale automated systems Ensure stores goals are achieved through smart actions and strategic planning Elevating the guest experience through merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance.
