IT Support Engineer (L1 & L2)

About the role

Basic: $2500 - $3000 AWS + Variable Bonus Mon - Fri: 8:00am to 5:15pm OR 8:30am to 5:45pm Location: Changi Area (2-way transport provided from Tanah Merah MRT) Job Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors on IT equipment procurement, repair, and maintenance. Deploy and configure PCs, including Windows OS and required software installation. Respond to IT service requests, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues, and provide user support. Assist in troubleshooting and supporting peripheral devices such as converters, switches, printers, POS systems, and related equipment. Provide support for basic web-based and in-house applications. Update and maintain IT Service Request (ITSR) cases with proper documentation and closure. Manage IT inventory, including stock checks, tracking, and asset replenishment. Job Requirements Diploma in IT or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience. Strong experience in Windows and Microsoftenvironments.
