About the Role: The Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing inbound shipments at Phase V Fulfillment's warehouse facility. This role ensures incoming inventory is properly received, inspected, logged into ShipHero, and put away in accordance with warehouse standards. The Receiving Associate also supports broader warehouse operations through cross-functional tasks such as cycle counts, bin organization, and special projects as assigned. Key Responsibilities: - Unload inbound shipments from trucks and containers safely and efficiently - Verify received quantities against packing slips, purchase orders, and ASNs - Inspect incoming products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues to the Assistant Warehouse Manager - Accurately log receiving transactions in ShipHero, including item counts, lot numbers, and locations as required - Label, sort, and stage received inventory for putaway - Put away received inventory to designated bin locations in accordance with warehouse slotting standards - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock and staging area - Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks as assigned - Support bin organization and re-slotting initiatives - Participate in special projects, including inventory cleanup, bin-sizing changes, and seasonal volume preparation - Report any equipment issues, safety hazards, or facility concerns to leadership - Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and material handling equipment - Other duties as assigned - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Prior warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience preferred - Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse management systems (ShipHero) a plus - Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping labels - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Forklift and/or pallet jack certification preferred but not required (training may be provided) - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment - Reliable attendance and punctuality - Ability to commute to this area: 6240 Airport Park Drive Suite 100, Building 2B, Fort Myers, FL 33913 Physical Responsibilities: - Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout a shift - Ability to safely operate manual and/or powered material handling equipment - Ability to work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and noise levels Work Schedule: Full-time hours, scheduled according to warehouse operational needs.
