- Working knowledge of PSD2 and the upcoming PSD3/PSR framework, and practical experience managing EEA passporting obligations is an advantage.
- Academic degree at bachelor's level or above; MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Must satisfy the CBC's fit and proper requirements, including competence, integrity, and financial soundness.
- Must be based in Cyprus and able to devote full working hours to the role - any external non-executive positions must be disclosed and assessed for compatibility with this commitment.
- Fluency in English.
