The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the full-cycle recruitment process across corporate, retail, and temporary hiring needs in the U.S. This individual will partner closely with the Human Resources team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting sourcing, interview coordination, agency partnerships, and recruitment operations within a dynamic, fast-paced luxury environment. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Support sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging candidates for retail, corporate, and temporary roles Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and internal teams Partner with external staffing agencies for temporary and retail hiring needs, including requisition management and candidate coordination Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Assist with offer letter preparation, delivery, and onboarding coordination Support hiring managers and stakeholders with ad hoc recruitment needs and projects Ensure a high-touch, brand-aligned candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Track and report on recruitment activity as needed Provide general administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition function Requirements & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with ATS platforms and scheduling tools preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners including agencies High level of attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences Interest in the luxury, beauty, or retail industry is a plus Diptyque is committed to diversity in all its forms and considers each application carefully.
