Information: Rotating Shift: 8pm-8am (OT: 5.15am-8am x 1.5); 8am - 8pm (OT: 5.15pm-8pm x 1.5 ) Basic Up to $2,650 / Gross $3500 Manage daily operations of the Master Control Room (MCR). Point of contact for internal management, law enforcement, and external contractors, ensuring full compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of security officers across both gates. Ensure proper shift coverage, conduct briefings, and monitor performance. Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel. Develop and implement security procedures and protocols. Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security infrastructure from the MCR. Conduct routine inspections of gates and sensitive areas to ensure protocol compliance. Safety & Incident Response, safeguard company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. Respond to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, prepare incident reports and maintain security logs. Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external contractors as needed. Coordinate with company management to address security needs and improvements.
