DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN Elektrische Charakterisierung von Halbleiterwafern und Endprodukten (Kleinsignal und mittlere Leistung) Messungen von ESD- und Schaltzeiten in unserem Labor Automatisierung von Laboreinrichtungen Auswertung von Versuchen, Datenanalyse und Präsentation der Ergebnisse Untersuchungen von Wettbewerbsprodukten.
