Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow market share across key segments.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and guide the Sales team, support performance management, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts. Ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.

  • Client Communication: Ensure timely and professional follow-up with clients. Handle negotiations, proposals, and contracts effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal standards in all sales activities.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM and sales management tools is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Target-driven with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Full-time position
  • Standard office hours, Sunday through Thursday
  • Flexibility required for client meetings, events, and business travel outside regular hours
  • On-site role with regular interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders
