Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow market share across key segments.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and guide the Sales team, support performance management, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts. Ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal standards in all sales activities.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM and sales management tools is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Target-driven with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Full-time position
- Standard office hours, Sunday through Thursday
- Flexibility required for client meetings, events, and business travel outside regular hours
