Role Summary and Impact As the VP of Client Transformation , you're the linchpin connecting our strategic vision with flawless operational execution and deep client partnerships. This pivotal leadership role demands a dual focus: both ensuring the seamless operational flow with our agency partners and driving proactive, strategic transformation initiatives for our key clients. You will serve as the strategic operational backbone for our agency ecosystem, acting as the primary route for reactive and proactive engagement for client and agency leadership. This involves expertly coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes, diagnosing and troubleshooting complex client and operational issues, and leveraging other teams to support the embedding of critical tools like OMS within client-specific approaches. You'll ensure our operations run like a well-oiled machine, supporting best practices and learning within client leadership teams, and providing the stability necessary for growth. Concurrently, you will be the catalyst for profound client transformation . Moving beyond day-to-day media work, you'll proactively identify and cultivate opportunities for deeper partnership, utilizing insights from QBR feedback, client action planning sessions, and even smaller client escalations to uncover strategic business initiatives. You'll lead and manage the end-to-end transformation workshop process, designing and facilitating engagements that redefine client objectives, and then effectively hand back robust plans to client teams for ongoing support. Your ultimate impact will be two-fold: ensuring operational excellence that bolsters our client relationships, while simultaneously architecting and delivering strategic transformations that unlock new value, deepen partnerships, and solidify our clients' - and our own - competitive edge.
