About the role

Join ISS STOXX as a Microsoft 365 Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping ou r modern digital workplace within a global IT Service Delivery organization. As part of the End User Computing Engineering team, you will design, implement, and support cutting-edge Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams (including Teams Phone), Exchange Online, Power Pl atform, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and security services. Working in a highly collaborative, global environment (US, EMEA, APAC), this Manila-based role follows a US Eastern Time schedule , where you'll act as a Tier 3 expert , solving complex challenges and continuously improving the end-user experience. Responsibilities

  • Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage and optimize core M365 services including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams (incl. Teams Phone), and Exchange Online , covering configuration, permissions, policies, mail flow, and integration s to ensure reliable collaboration and communication.
  • Copilot & AI Enablement: Lead imple mentation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI features , including tenant configuration, a ccess management, and driving adoption through guidelines, training, and support.
  • Power Platform & Analytics: Develop and maintain P ower Apps and Power Automate solutions for process automation, and design/manage Power BI reports and dashboards , including workspace administration, data gateways, refresh schedules, and enforcing data security best practices.
  • M&A Integration: Lead Microsoft 365 workstreams for mergers and acquisitions , including Entra ID identity integration, Exchange migrations, SharePoint/OneDrive content migration, and Teams tenant integration , ensuring secure and seamless transitions.
  • Monitoring & Incident Management: Monito r M365 service health, performance, and usage , lead incident response and resolution, coordinate with Microsoft support, and provide timely stakeholder updates.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate with IT (Security, Infra, Service Desk, Applications) and business teams on projects, migrations, integrations, and rollout of M365 solutions , ensuring alignment with identity, network, and enterprise systems.
  • Documentation & Enablement: Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation , contribute to global standards, and train/mentor support teams and users to strengthen adoption and support capability.
  • Tier 3 Support & Continuous Improvement: Provide expert support for complex M365 issues, perform root cause analysis , and drive improvements through automation, self-service, and user enablement to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise IT experience , with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 administration and support .
  • Hands-on expertise with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online (or hybrid) , including configuration, security, mail flow, and troubleshooting at scale.
  • Power Platform and Power BI experience , building business solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate), administering environments, and designing insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Strong identity, security, and compliance knowledge , including Microsoft Entra ID , conditional access, Defender for Office 365, DLP, and Microsoft 365 security tools.
  • Advanced automation skills , using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to streamline M365 administration and operations.
  • Operational experience in enterprise IT environments , with familiarity in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL-based service delivery models .
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills , able to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences.
  • Analytical, self-driven, and customer-focused , with a proven ability to solve complex cloud service issues in fast ‑ paced environments.
