The Pre-litigation File Handling Assistant will undertake a variety of tasks to support the Pre Lit Casualty claims handling teams. Key Accountabilities To pro-actively assist the Pre Lit teams with a variety of tasks including: Monitoring MOJ Portal Monitoring inboxes and actioning appropriately Maintaining, reviewing and actioning spreadsheets Completing new claim actions to support the claims handlers Actioning CRU post and ownership of CRU tasks Completing chaser tasks on files to support the claims handlers via telephone and emails Raising low value payments Assisting with training as and when required Onboarding run-off work on various projects Undertaking appropriate additional tasks provided by the Team Leader/DBUD Maintain accurate data on relevant case management system Comply with set client SLA's To actively manage a caseload of low value property damage claims Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard Working Hours 35 hours per week over 5 days Primary location for this role is Leeds Office Experience, Skills and Qualifications -12 months relevant admin / claims support experience -Excellent attention to detail -Strong organisational skills -Good communication & telephone skills -Able to use Excel -Excellent client care and customer service skills -Ability to manage volume workload via task management -Ability to work as a team and independently Values Our culture is focussed on making Keoghs sustainable and successful for our people and clients, with this our four values are at the heart of everything we do; Keoghs values - We are Connected - We are Dynamic - We are Innovative - We Succeed Together
