Warehouse Executive (Tuas/MNC/Pharmaceutical)

About the role

Managed daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, and goods distribution to support operational efficiency. Conducted inventory counts, maintained accurate records, and prepared inventory and operational reports to ensure stock accuracy. Coordinated material requirements planning, procurement activities, and supplier communications to support timely replenishment of inventory. Maintained warehouse safety, housekeeping standards, and equipment management to ensure a well-organized and compliant working environment. Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, demonstrating strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Requirement: Diploma or above in Logistics, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or related fields Proficient in computer applications with bilingual capability, proactive and responsible work attitude, strong communication and execution skills, and preferably a valid forklift operator license. Additional Information: Up to $4800 Located in Tuas Company Transport Provided Ability to communicate in Chinese to support work with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
