Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction / MEP or equivalent.
• Availability to work outside standard business hours, including weekends and public holidays, when business needs require.

Job Description & Requirements Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without performance degradation. Extensive hands-on experience with multiple enterprise-level systems, tools, and platforms; training will be minimal. Ability to independently solve complex drawing problems with limited supervision and make critical decisions under pressure. Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact, supported by data, metrics, or references. High-performance culture: candidates should be comfortable receiving direct feedback, operating in a fast-paced environment, and consistently exceeding expectations. Any ad-hoc modelling tasks assigned by the Manager.
