AND Specialized Experience: For the GS-07, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-05 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Assisting with supporting training development and delivery activities by performing routine tasks related to instructional systems design and course administration.; Contributing to the preparation and maintenance of instructional materials and learning resources under guidance.; and Providing logistical and administrative support for training delivery and evaluation activities. Applicants must demonstrate and provide evidence in at least 3 of the above areas to be qualified. OR Education: One full year of graduate level education; or superior academic achievement. OR A combination of education and experience. Specialized Experience: For the GS-09, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-07 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Applying instructional systems design processes to support the full training lifecycle, including needs assessment, instructional design, content development, delivery, and evaluation for instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning.; Supporting the development of training materials, including facilitator guides, participant resources, presentations, job aids, and assessments.; Ensuring training is in alignment with established learning objectives and organizational requirements.; and Assisting in developing debriefing materials to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Applicants must demonstrate and provide evidence in at least 3 of the above areas to be qualified. OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree; or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.B. or J.D., if related. OR A combination of education and experience. Specialized Experience: For the GS-11, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Applying instructional systems design processes to support the full training lifecycle, including needs assessment, instructional design, content development, delivery, and evaluation for instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning.; Supporting the development of training materials, including facilitator guides, participant resources, presentations, job aids, and assessments.; Ensuring alignment with established learning objectives and organizational requirements.; and Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using various methods such as survey formats, focus groups, and debriefings.
