Sourcing Buyer Process Lead with Spanish Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź hybrid or remote within Poland We are looking for a candidate with: Minimum 6 years of overall relevant experience in Sourcing & Procurement area, mostly in strategic initiatives ( MRO, Services, Direct materials if available ) Hands on experience in handling e-Sourcing projects across categories Ability and proven experience in drafting sourcing planning, business case creation, sourcing execution including TCO approach Hands on working experience in an ERP environment Exposure to RFx/ eSourcing Tools, experience on leading platforms Experience in matrix managed organization would be an asset English C1 and Spanish C1 (essential for client's communication purposes) Your key activities: Execution of sourcing projects including full end to end management ( spend analysis, sourcing projects opportunity identification, scope discussion and clarification, sourcing execution, contract management and reporting ) RFXs preparation and execution including eSourcing solutions Negotiations, contract terms discussion, savings documentation and reporting Build and maintain relationships with client Stakeholders including cross functional teams in Engineering department, Finance, Controlling and/or Logistic depending on project needs Ensure full compliance with global defined documents Delivery on key procurement SLA/KPI: savings, payment terms negotiation, delivery terms and others Alert on hurdles time delays & supplier issues in managed market / commodity End to end procurement process including tactical and PR-PO process on defined threshold You can expect from us: Performance bonus twice a year Employee referral program bonus Opportunity for professional growth through internal movement (horizontal or vertical) and internal trainings online/onsite Access to training platform (self-learning), domain/soft/technical skills training Possibility to use Spanish language on a daily basis Private medical care at Medicover (with possible extension to family members) Reimbursement of Multisport card or points on MyBenefit platform Attractive group insurance Access to well-being platform, free meetings with a psychologist included Stable employment based on an employment contract No trial period IT equipment is provided by the Company Bonuses from the Social Fund Flexible starting hours Opportunity to participate in charity, sports and well-being events Hybrid mode (2 work days from the office per week) or remote within Poland Recruitment stages: CV check -> Call with the Recruiter -> Skills check (online test(s) and phone language verification - if required) -> Video meeting with Hiring Manager -> Final decision and feedback
