Job Title : Senior Director, Integrated Supply Chain Reporting To: GVP & GM, Commercial OE Production Work Schedule: Onsite - Buffalo, NY Our Commercial Aircraft Group is looking for a Senior Director, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) that will lead global supply chain strategy execution and ensure its effective implementation by coaching his/her team along the way. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective processes, optimizing supply chain performance, and leading a team to achieve strategic goals. Your role will be onsite in East Aurora, NY, with approximately 20%-30% travel globally. You will report to the Group Vice President & General Manager, OE Production. As a Senior Director, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) you will be responsible for the following... Strategy execution for the global Integrated Supply Chain organization to better serve our customers. Develop the external supply chain capabilities and manage supply chain risk to support and meet program and business profitability and growth targets. Facilitate effective communication between the programs, supply chain, operations, planning teams and customers to ensure successful implementation of supply chain strategies that improve resilience and predictability of OE Production performance. Develop executive relationships with strategic suppliers to enable performance and strategic alignment of our supply base to deliver value to our customers. Mentor and lead a team of supply chain professionals, including a direct team of regional and functional directors. Participate as a member of the Commercial OE Leadership Team. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with the strategic goals of the Commercial Aircraft Group. Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to enable a higher level of service to our internal and external customers. Develop cost improvement plans on a 3-year rolling basis to improve product cost year over year. Proactively manage risks and ensure business continuity in identified pressurized commodities markets. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Focus on having close relationships with functional peers and other internal stakeholders. Develop a positive reputation for the Integrated Supply Chain team with all key customers. To be considered for this role, here's what you'll typically need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in supply chain management, with at least five (5) years of leadership experience. Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
