Job's mission As Lead II, People Services Asia, you are part of the Asia People Team and play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the region. This role reports to the Asia Head of People and is responsible for overseeing and transforming HR operational processes across Taiwan, Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, and Malaysia. You will lead regional HR process improvement initiatives, partner with country HR teams to ensure execution excellence, and leverage data and technology to drive automation and insights. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment. What you will be working on Provide oversight and governance of HR operational processes across Asia, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with global standards and local regulations. Partner with country HR teams to drive execution excellence and continuous improvement in core HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits...etc). Lead regional HR process improvement and automation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Legal. Consolidate best practices from each country and translate them into scalable, cross-country solutions to enhance regional process efficiency. Introduce and implement new digital tools where appropriate to support process transformation and operational effectiveness. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Act as a change agent to promote process innovation and enhance employee experience through streamlined HR services. Ensure effective implementation of global and regional HR initiatives within the Asia region.
