- Conduct cohort analysis and ROI evaluation
- Provide recommendations: scale, iterate, or stop programs
- Enable Data-Driven Decision Making
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Support A/B testing and experiment design
- Deliver clear insights to drive decisions
- Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics / Data Platform
- Strong SQL skills (must-have) for data extraction and analysis
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable operational improvements
Requirements
- Experience in delivery, logistics, mobility, or marketplace operations is a plus
- Experience designing or managing incentive programs
- Language Requirements
- English: Business level
