About the role

At TIMIFY, Product Delivery Managers help turn ideas, requirements, priorities and technical work into clear, structured and successful delivery. As a Junior Product Delivery Manager , you will support the coordination between customers, Product, Engineering, QA, Design and other stakeholders. Your mission will be to help ensure that the right topics are clarified, prioritised, documented, planned and followed through - so teams can focus on delivering high-quality SaaS solutions with real business value. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the direction of Product Delivery, Product Ownership, Project Management or Business Analysis. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should be structured, communicative, curious, reliable and eager to learn how modern SaaS products are planned and delivered. You will work closely with technical leads and experienced product stakeholders to help prepare backlogs, support sprint planning, follow up on progress, identify blockers and make sure important decisions are clearly documented and communicated. What you'll do Support the preparation and organisation of product backlogs, sprint scopes and delivery plans. Help collect, clarify and structure requirements together with technical leads, Product Owners and stakeholders. Assist in creating and maintaining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised backlogs in Jira. Support clear and structured product and delivery documentation in Confluence. Help prepare sprint planning by ensuring tasks are clear, prioritised, estimated and ready for development. Coordinate follow-ups with Engineering, QA, Design and other stakeholders to keep delivery moving forward. Track task progress, identify blockers early and help escalate them when needed. Support communication with clients and internal stakeholders when clarification or alignment is required. Help ensure that sprint priorities are aligned with business goals, customer needs and technical feasibility. Document decisions, scope changes, open questions and agreed next steps. Work closely with technical leads to ensure shared understanding between business expectations and implementation. Support release coordination by helping track scope, dependencies, risks and delivery status. Contribute to improving team processes around planning, communication, documentation and follow-up. First experience in a coordination, project, product, business analysis, customer-facing or operational role is a plus. Strong interest in SaaS products, software development processes and agile ways of working. Very good organisational skills and attention to detail. Clear and structured communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to ask the right questions and clarify unclear requirements. Comfortable working with different stakeholders, including engineers, QA, designers, clients and managers. High sense of responsibility, ownership and follow-through. Willingness to learn how to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery documentation. Good English skills, both written and spoken. Basic understanding of agile/Scrum processes is a plus. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, Notion or similar tools is a plus. What sets you apart You don't wait for perfect input - you actively seek clarity. You enjoy bringing structure into complex or unclear topics. You communicate early when something is blocked, unclear or at risk. You care about both the team's focus and the customer's expectations. You understand that good delivery starts before development begins. You are comfortable working closely with technical people and learning from them. You take responsibility for progress, not just task updates. You are open-minded, proactive and comfortable receiving feedback. A product-driven company where delivery, ownership and clear communication matter. A role with strong growth potential towards Product Delivery, Product Ownership, Project Management or Business Analysis. Opportunity to work on real SaaS products used by thousands of businesses worldwide. Close collaboration with experienced Product, Engineering, QA and Design teams. 30 paid vacation days. Health and pension benefits, including additional health insurance and, in Germany, baV matching 100% of your savings. Additional benefits, such as WellPass in Germany or 50€ Sodexo vouchers in Bulgaria. Modern Apple devices.
