Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing team in the purchase of tables, donations and sponsorships for all Canadian activities, including the management of invoices, invitations and attendance tracking (internal and external).
- Coordinate external partnership agreements aimed at promoting the business development efforts of the Canadian Institutional and Private Wealth team.
- Contribute to the organization and smooth running of events, such as lunch and learn seminars and cocktail events for clients.

- Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications or other relevant discipline
- 3-5 years as an corporate event coordinator or other similar role
- High level of autonomy, initiative and versatility
- Heightened sense of responsibility and pride in a job well done
- Excellent ability to understand issues and solve problems, as well as great adaptability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of work discipline
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as a sustained ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and other technological tools for administrative support
- Knowledge of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) is an asset.
- Bilingualism (English and French), both spoken and written
