About the role
The People & Culture Business Partner (P&CBP) partners closely with business and functional leaders to drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and change management. What Your Impact Will Be: Strategic Business Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to site leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design. Translate business strategy into people initiatives that support growth, capability building, and operational excellence. Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, growth, or restructuring. Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness Lead talent management processes including development planning, succession planning, and performance management. Partner with leaders to assess organizational capability and design structures, roles, and workflows that enable effectiveness and agility. Support leadership development and coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams. Employee Relations & Culture Lead employee relations ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices. Provide guidance on workplace investigations, performance issues, accommodations, and conflict resolution. Champion employee experience, engagement, and well-being, aligned with both enterprise and local needs. - 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partner or site leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience in talent development, organizational design, employee relations, and change management.
