Job Description: Shape the careers of Mars' early talent We're looking for an Early Talent Manager to join Mars on a 12-month parental leave contract. This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of our award-winning early talent programs across Australia and New Zealand, supporting graduates, production operators, interns and recently graduated students as they start their journey with Mars. You'll work closely with our HR team, hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver program activities, create meaningful development experiences and ensure our early talent thrives. The foundations are already in place, with a clear strategy, strong business buy-in, and established programs that are delivering results. We're looking for someone who can step in and keep the momentum going, bringing energy, great relationship-building skills, and strong execution to continue creating outstanding experiences for our early talent. What will you do? Manage the day-to-day delivery of the Mars Leadership Experience (Graduate) Program Coach, support and mentor early talent across a variety of program streams Facilitate learning sessions, workshops and development experiences Partner with senior leaders and managers to create meaningful development opportunities for early talent Lead large scale graduate recruitment activities, including assessment centres and selection processes Coordinate onboarding, rotations, site visits and program events Manage relationships with universities and external partners Track and report on key program success metrics, providing insights and recommendations At times, support the recruitment of direct entry level roles across our organisation What are we looking for? We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. You may have experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Graduate Programs, Leadership Development, Project Management, or a similar field. Most importantly, you'll bring: A passion for helping people learn, grow and succeed Strong coaching, mentoring and relationship-building skills The ability to influence and partner with senior business and HR leaders Excellent project management and organisational skills Ability to facilitate workshops, learning sessions or group discussions Strong communication skills and the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes What can you expect from Mars Genuine career progression with a focus on you and your career goals.
