We have an exciting opportunity for a G&A Cost Allocation Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : Analyze and allocate general and administrative costs across different departments or projects to ensure accurate financial reporting and allocation is equitable. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data for cost allocations, such as employee time writing profile, cost center movements, and FTE movements. Assist in the development and implementation of allocation methodologies to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the cost allocation process. Monitor time writing compliance of the ABU workforce to ensure the reasonableness of time writing-based cost allocation. Prepare and record month-end close entries (accruals and amortization) to capture all G&A costs incurred for the month prior to final allocation activities. Handle month-end cost allocation entries, including residual cost clearing, operating reserves, and other related manual journal entries. Computes the Contractor accrual for the month. Perform analysis of cost movements, coordinate for commentaries from various Finance teams, and report findings with ABU Finance WP&B team. Provide support during internal and external audits by supplying required documentation and explanations for allocated costs. Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliation of related accounts. Maintain and updating allocation profile ensuring the integrity of the data Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and enhance the cost allocation processes.
