We are looking for a commis chef to join the kitchen team, We are looking for a chef who is very hungry as we will provide full training and development for you when here. About the Commis Chef role: Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling General cleaning duties Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times Knife skills development Pizza and fresh pasta exposure Progression target 12-18 months If you want to learn, we can teach ! Hours per week: 45 Proven experience as a Commis Chef Proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines Leaving Cert level education or above NVQ qualification or equivalent Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Exceptional attention to detail WSH Restaurants has built a family-feel culture where we offer development and progression for all.
