- Experience supporting global HR organisations and multi‑country rollouts.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience transitioning a greenfield Workday implementation to BAU.
- Customer journey and value‑stream mapping expertise.
- Proven ability to create product vision, roadmap, and backlog management.
- Hands‑on configuration experience across multiple Workday HR modules.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
- Certifications in Workday HCM or related HR technologies.
