Role Summary The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and optimizing talent acquisition practices. The manager will oversee a team, providing training and guidance to ensure a high-performing recruitment function. Additionally, the role includes market analysis, process improvement, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Core Responsibilities 1. Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures. 2. Lead and oversee the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and best practices in talent acquisition. 3. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. 4. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. 5. Plan and execute interview and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. 6. Develop job descriptions and interview questions that align with each position's requirements and business objectives. 7. Analyze labor market trends and internal turnover data to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes. 8. Supervise and mentor recruitment staff, providing training and performance evaluations to support professional growth. 9. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines in all hiring activities. 10. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the organization's market presence. 11. Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives related to talent acquisition.
