About the role

We are looking for a reliable, discreet, and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide part-time support in Geneva. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant , Executive Assistant , or in a similar support role. Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. Based in Geneva or able to work regularly from Geneva. Strong organisational and time-management skills. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible, hands-on, and service-oriented approach. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general digital tools.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an academic organisation , university, research institution, educational foundation, or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with international environments and multicultural communication.
  • Experience supporting senior-level individuals or private clients.
