ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Finance Manager - Consumer Solutions Business Unit Finance is an experienced individual responsible for leading complex financial planning, forecasting, and analytical activities in support of key business objectives for the Consumer business. This role exercises sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and influences decision-making through data-driven insights and strong business partnership. The role is expected to independently own major planning processes, develop financial frameworks, and provide strategic and operational finance support to senior business stakeholders. This position will have no people management responsibility and is expected to provide functional leadership, and guidance to cross-functional partners. REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5-7+ years of progressive finance experience, with demonstrated growth in scope and complexity; prior experience supporting Business Unit/Supply Chain Operations preferred Strong knowledge of product COGS, Inventory Management, product cost savings preferred
