We are hiring for the position of F&B Executive. Job Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service flow. Lead, supervise, and motivate service crew to maintain high productivity and service standards. Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer feedback or complaints. Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency according to company standards. Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations. Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and sales reconciliation Prepare staff duty rosters and manage manpower allocation based on operational needs. Train new employees on service procedures, SOPs, and company policies. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to improve service quality. Manage inventory, stock ordering, receiving, and stock count to minimize wastage. Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers to ensure adequate stock and uninterrupted operations. Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve outlet targets Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports. Control operating costs, including labor, food cost, and wastage. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any repair requirements Assist the Outlet Manager in implementing promotions, audits, and operational improvements. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
