The people who thrive here share our belief that it s not just what we do that matters-it s how we do it. strong>DRW /strong> is a place of high expectations, integrity, innovation and a willingness to challenge consensus. br> br>We are seeking a strong>Relationship Manager /strong> to join our global team of relationship management professionals who facilitate the 24-7 trading of digital assets by institutional investors. br> br> strong>Responsibilities br> br> /strong> ul> li>Lead the day-to-day coverage of our global counterparties during the US time zone - facilitating execution of spot and options trades, providing timely market color and coordinating the resolution of trade queries and problems. /li> li>Develop a pipeline of prospective counterparties in the Americas, with a focus on banks, funds family offices and other institutional investors. /li> li>Create original spot and options market color for internal and external distribution. /li> li>Represent the firm at industry events and conferences. /li> li>Plan and lead in-person meetings with counterparties - travel as necessary. /li> li>Cross-sell new and existing products both within Cumberland and in other areas of the firm, with the aim of enhancing our counterparty s overall trading experience. br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Qualifications br> br> /strong> ul> li>3+ years of relevant work experience in institutional high-touch sales and relationship management with a trading firm, bank, or broker dealer in global markets. /li> li>Previous experience in derivatives with a focus on FX markets is a plus. /li> li>Track record of excellence in managing institutional relationships. /li> li>Strong interest in crypto and an understanding of crypto market structure. /li> li>Proven team-player with ability to work effectively across time zones in fast-paced, high-pressure environment. /li> li>High sense of urgency, self-motivation and entrepreneurship. /li> li>Data-driven approach to decision making and priority setting. /li> li>Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. /li> li>Well-organized with a proven ability to prioritize and multitask. /li> li>Initiative and experience independently driving projects to completion. /li> li>Fluent in English, but ability to speak, read and write in other languages is a plus br> br> /li> /ul>The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 depending on the candidate s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
