• First experience in Buying, Merchandise Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics is a plus, ideally within an e-commerce or fashion environment

Support the Merchandise Management team with operational tasks surrounding stock replenishment processes of high-performing products and actions for slow-moving items in collaboration with suppliers Support Buying, Pricing, and Merchandise Planning teams with data-driven recommendations on assortment potential, pricing strategies, and promotional activities Continuously improve procurement and assortment management processes in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to increase operational efficiency Learning opportunities in analyzing assortment performance and derive optimization measures based on relevant buying and procurement KPIs at supplier, category, and product level Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Merchandising, or a comparable field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and data-driven mindset Proactive attitude with the ability to challenge the status quo and develop innovative solutions Solid MS Excel skills Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
