To meet the needs of the region and provide seamless, high-quality, comprehensive surgical care, we are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an established outpatient General Surgery team in Binghamton, NY. This outpatient role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team of surgeons specializing in general, vascular, and trauma surgery. Position Details: Conduct new and established patient visits in an outpatient setting, including comprehensive evaluations and ongoing care management Perform patient consultations with thorough education on procedures and treatment plans Provide postoperative care and follow-up for surgical patients, monitoring recovery and addressing complications as needed Coordinate patient communication and triage inquiries in collaboration with clinical and administrative team members Perform wound care procedures, including complex dressing changes and wound VAC management
