Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity In this role, you will lead Indigenous student recruitment and success for Fine Arts and Music. You will build relationships with communities and schools, guiding students from first conversation to thriving on campus. What you will deliver: Design and implement Indigenous student recruitment and retention strategies aligned with f aculty and Wilin Centre priorities. Plan and manage school, community and arts sector outreach, including travel schedules, visits and on-campus engagement activities. Support prospective students through enquiries, applications, auditions and interviews, providing clear guidance on University processes and requirements. Coordinate transition and success initiatives that foster belonging, wellbeing and academic confidence for Indigenous students. Track, evaluate and report on recruitment activities, targets and budgets to inform continuous improvement and strategic planning. You may be a great fit if you : Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander under the relevant legislation and special measure provisions. H ave experience in Indigenous services delivery, recruitment, community programs, education or the arts, or hold a relevant degree. Bring strong, trusted connections with diverse Indigenous communities and have motivation to grow new partnerships across regions.
