Additional Information

Company Description Givebutter is the most-loved nonprofit fundraising and CRM platform, empowering millions of changemakers to raise more, pay less, and give better. Nonprofits use Givebutter to replace multiple tools so they can launch fundraisers and events, use donation forms and donor management (CRM), send emails and text blasts-all in one place. Use of the Givebutter platform is completely free with a 100% transparent tip-or-fee model. Givebutter has been certified as a Great Place to Work® every year since 2021, and is the #1 rated nonprofit software company on G2 across multiple categories. Our mission is to empower the changemaker in all of us. We believe giving should be fun, so you'll want to do it again, and we also believe that work should be fun, so that you'll have the greatest impact. We are excited to hear from talented people who want to work with other talented people in making the world a butter place-and have fun along the way. Role Description Givebutter is building a world-class ecosystem of technology and financial services partnerships to power its next phase of Growth. We are hiring our first Senior Product Partnerships Manager, reporting to our VP of Growth and residing in our Product, Design, & Engineering organization. This is a foundational role. You won't be joining an established partnerships team - you'll be building the function, defining the strategy, and closing the deals that shape how Givebutter's platform evolves. The right partnerships will expand our product's capabilities in ways our internal team alone can't, deepen our differentiation with nonprofits, and unlock entirely new revenue streams. Think integrations with the platforms nonprofits already live in - accounting software, CRM systems, payment processors, marketing tools, AI platforms, and more - plus creative embedded financial products that put more dollars in the hands of the organizations that need them. This role sits at the intersection of business development, product strategy, and execution. You'll be the person who identifies the partners worth pursuing, builds the business case, negotiates the terms, and then works shoulder-to-shoulder with our Product and Engineering teams to bring each integration to life. You'll need to be as comfortable modeling the economics of a revenue-share deal as you are debating API scoping with an engineer or pitching a partnership vision to a partner's executives. The partnerships you build here won't just be logos on a website - they'll be deeply integrated into the Givebutter experience, making our platform stickier, more powerful, and more indispensable for the nonprofits we serve. We want to hear from people who... Are people-first. You genuinely enjoy working with people throughout our company and collaborating with them to bring partnerships to life. You build trust quickly, communicate with clarity and warmth, and know that the best deals are built on real relationships - internally and externally. Are customer-centric. You keep the needs of nonprofits and their donors front-and-center in everything you do. A partnership that looks great on paper but doesn't make a nonprofit's life meaningfully easier isn't worth doing. You start from the customer problem and work backward to the partner solution. Are analytical and systematic. You approach each partnership with a clear view of how it furthers Givebutter's strategy, improves our financial position, strengthens our brand, and solves real problems for our customers. You connect the qualitative to the quantitative - you can tell the story and build the model. Have strong product sense. You have a vision for how to expand Givebutter's reach and capabilities by building an ecosystem of technology and financial services partnerships. You look for ways to productize each partnership - making integrations scalable, repeatable, and native to the Givebutter experience rather than one-off projects. Are bold and creative. You aren't afraid to take risks to land a major partnership or unlock creative integrations of our software with other platforms. You'd rather ask forgiveness than permission when the opportunity is right, and you bring ideas to the table that nobody else has considered. Are commercially savvy. You ensure that every partnership aligns to financial success for Givebutter. You understand how deals create value, you model the economics before you pitch, and you negotiate terms that work for both sides while protecting Givebutter's interests.
