Job DescriptionYou will lead payroll system implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization. You will drive local country discovery activities to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions. You will define scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables, and keep the project plan aligned with progress. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, external payroll vendors, and business stakeholders. You will manage implementation activities such as integrations and data migration. You will facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document functional specifications. You will oversee SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and defect resolution to support a stable rollout. You will monitor risks, issues, resources, budgets, and timelines, and drive mitigation when needed. You will provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders and project sponsors. You will support change management, training, operational handover, post-implementation support, and project closure. Requirements5+ years of project management experience within payroll or HR transformation initiatives. Proven experience leading payroll implementations in managed services environments. Hands-on experience with Workday. Experience building Workday-to-payroll integrations. Strong understanding of payroll operations and compliance requirements. Experience working with global and cross-functional teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Nice to haveExperience with Strada implementations. Experience supporting divestment projects.
