  • Develop impactful employee communications to bring the strategy to life.
  • Partner with global and local teams to deliver culture projects.
  • Support the implementation of performance cycles and cultural norms across the organization
  • Work Experience:
  • Necessary Work Experience includes:
  • Significant relevant experience.
  • Preferred Work Experience includes:
  • Strong understanding of the latest development theory, technology, and suppliers.
  • Experience of capability development in a large organisation.
  • Leading and implementing Training and Development solutions.
  • Development and implementation of people, culture, and capability initiatives.
  • Consulting and delivery of leadership and learning solutions.

Requirements

  • Necessary Qualifications include:
  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications include:
  • Tertiary qualification in Adult Education / Organisational Development or equivalent.
