For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Senior Executive-Production Job Description To perform Hydrogenation production activities safely and efficiently in compliance with cGMP, safety, quality, and environmental requirements. Responsible for operating hydrogenation equipment, monitoring process parameters, maintaining documentation and achieving production targets. * Supervise and manage daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets. * Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory standards (e.g., USFDA, MHRA). * Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. * Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Lead and mentor a team of production operators and junior executives. * Coordinate with quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering departments to ensure smooth operations. * Prepare and review production batch records, deviations, and investigation reports. * Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. * Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are strictly followed within the production area. * Train new team members on production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards. Job Qualifications * Diploma / B.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech Chemical Engineering. * 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or senior executive role. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment. * Demonstrated commitment to quality and safety.
