The LNG Coordinator I position involves rotating shift assignments and is responsible for the safe and reliable operation and maintenance of the LNG facility in accordance with the LNG plant policies and procedures. This position has security responsibilities at the facility and is responsible for assisting with the maintenance of the LNG facility as needed. The LNG Coordinator I position reports to the LNG Operations Supervisor. The LNG Coordinator I must be fully qualified in accordance with the plant training manual and must demonstrate their capability to perform essential tasks without supervision including but not limited to: Inventory management, transfer systems, truck loading/offloading, vaporization, operation of general utility systems, plant maintenance and assisting with the operation of the liquefaction system. Starting Rate of Pay: $45.67 per hour Essential Functions: Properly operates, adjusts and monitors the liquefaction, truck loading and unloading, and send-out operations, Follow operational procedures. Records equipment readings, interpret abnormal readings and alarms to take pre-designated corrective action including activation of emergency equipment and procedures. Performs highly skilled electronic and instrumentation work in the installation, repair, and maintenance of LNG Plant Equipment including but not limited to: trouble shooting, rigging, boilers, pumps, engines, electric motors, fans, compressors, piping, valves, filters, traps, vaporizers, and meters. Works in conjunction with LNG team and supervision to operate all plant equipment as required for type of process in operation, liquefaction, vaporization, trucking and stand-by. Successfully completes company sponsored training as required Performs work orders for inspections and both preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with company procedures, NFPA 59 A and CFR 193. Maintains spare parts inventory reporting deficiencies Ability to work without direct supervision on maintaining proper plant operation, emergency equipment and procedures, notifies proper authority of any abnormalities. Monitors building security systems and notifies appropriate personnel of alarm situations. Controls and limits access to the plant property, monitors security cameras and systems, and responds to plant security alarms and breeches of plant security as prescribed in the plant security procedure. Safely perform plant systems startups and shutdowns. Performs direct oversight and on-the-job training to more junior employees. Promotes a culture of safety, regulat01Y compliance, and environmental responsibility. Communicates effectively with plant Supervision and coworkers.
