The ServiceNow Solutions Architect is a suprvisor, delivery‑focused technical leader responsible for designing end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions that address business needs and drive measurable outcomes. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions that align with established platform standards and enterprise architecture direction. The Solutions Architect focuses on solution design, business alignment, and delivery enablement, ensuring that ServiceNow capabilities are applied effectively across workflows, integrations, and data models. While not accountable for defining platform‑wide standards or governance, this role ensures that all solutions adhere to those standards and support long‑term platform sustainability and business value. RESPONSABILITIES Solution architecture & design - Design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions that translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable implementations aligned with platform standards and enterprise architecture direction. Business alignment & requirements translation - Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts to clarify objectives, refine requirements, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. Technical leadership & design guidance - Provide senior‑level solution architecture guidance to delivery teams, establishing design patterns and best practices that prioritize out‑of‑the‑box capabilities and minimize customization. Solution impact analysis & feasibility - Evaluate new requirements and proposed changes to assess solution‑level impact, technical feasibility, risks, and alignment with platform and enterprise standards. Integration, data & cross ‑ application design - Guide solution design across ServiceNow applications and integrations, ensuring consistency in data models, CMDB/CSDM alignment, and reporting needs. Security, risk & compliance alignment - Ensure solution designs comply with organizational security, risk, and regulatory requirements through collaboration with security and compliance teams.
