- 5 years experience in engineering.
- Demonstrated understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system SAP.
- Experience in a role as part of a project teams to ensure manufacturing validation strategies are efficient and stream-lined with an end-to-end perspective.
- Experience with Project Management, Design for Excellence (DFX), Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, and Agile product development methodologies such as SAFe.
- 5+ years experience with discrete assembly processes.
- Experienced in Industrialization & Design for Assembly practices.
- Experience with assembly automation (spec, procurement, validation, support, etc.).

Job Description You will lead the manufacturing execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Continuation Engineering (CE) projects. These are projects for Design for Assembly (DFA), time to market, total product cost, and seamless production system integration. Work with cross‑functional teams, under general guidance, to oversee manufacturing readiness for NPI projects. You will develop comprehensive manufacturing plans. These plans include final assembly layouts, specification, quotation, and procurement, and implement assembly equipment, including automated systems. Additionally, you will cover facility preparation, EHS compliance, and final acceptance of equipment and processes. Collaborate with local and remote team members and provide direct onsite engagement to ensure successful pilot runs and product launches. You will report to the Team Lead, Industrialization and have a hybrid schedule working in Mequon, WI.
