Job Description We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise cybersecurity and security analytics initiatives across a large-scale enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing the implementation, integration, and operationalisation of security platforms while working closely with business stakeholders, security teams, vendors, implementation partners, and senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery and a seamless transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations. In this role, you will define project scope, objectives, roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and success criteria while managing project execution using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid methodologies. You will oversee sprint planning, backlog management, dependency tracking, release coordination, and project governance to ensure successful delivery. You will also coordinate the onboarding and integration of security technologies, including SIEM, EDR/XDR, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, and Threat Intelligence platforms, while supporting the implementation of security analytics use cases across the organisation. As the primary interface between clients, business stakeholders, security teams, vendors, and executive leadership, you will facilitate workshops, design reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive briefings. You will prepare weekly status reports, executive dashboards, milestone updates, RAID logs, resource reports, and presentations for senior management, including the CISO, CIO, project sponsors, and executive stakeholders. In addition, you will manage project finances, forecasting, resource allocation, vendor performance, contractual commitments, service level agreements, change management, training, knowledge transfer, user adoption, and operational readiness activities while ensuring compliance with organisational governance and security standards. Success in this role will be measured by on-time delivery, budget adherence, successful platform deployment, stakeholder satisfaction, effective implementation of security analytics use cases, and operational readiness.
