Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks tailored to individual needs. Support and encourage clients' participation in summer activities and community outings. Implement individualized support plans under supervision. Maintain documentation of care and progress. Ensure a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for clients. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in caregiving or direct support is advantageous but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible summer hours, including weekdays and weekends. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping others. Flexible Schedule.
