About the role

As an HR Data Analyst based in Ovar, Portugal, and reporting to the Group's International HR Director based in Belgium, you will gather data from various HR systems and reports, develop and maintain data models and respective dashboards for HR metrics, as well as provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making about HR topics such as salary transparency, gender equality, etc. Main responsibilities: Gather data from various sources, namely several HR systems, platforms and reports Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity Analyse HR data and metrics - such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, absenteeism, demographics, etc. - generate reports and dashboards for senior leadership Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify analytics projects Evaluate HR systems and reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR role (HR background) Proficient in data analysis tools, namely MS Excel and Power BI English fluent, both verbal and written Solid communication skills, able to collaborate with several stakeholders in a team environment Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude, able to act in a fast-moving environment Available for short business trips to Belgium and other stow Group locations Work closely together with other rack stars in an open and enthusiastic international environment
