About the Work Problem: Our Head of Engineering is most focused on building and is looking for ongoing guidance on structuring and scaling their engineering team. Requirements
- Been a CTO for other early and growth-stage VC-backed tech startups
- Scaled engineering teams from roughly zero to 50+ engineers within the last few years
- A technical skillset that can confidently evaluate candidates across a range of roles from AI, DevOps, Data Science, Full-Stack, etc.
- Built engineering teams with a technically complex product
- Based in the USA only
