About the role

Job Description: Working experiences in HDB BTO projects Coordinate along with the review of drawings, submission of proposal,query and design for consultant approval. Well versed in precast installations and joint details. Able to resolve technical issues. Laison with Owner, Authorities ,Consultants , Sub Contractor and Suppliers. Ensure site operations progress smoothly and on schedule , comply to all authorities requirements and ensure standards and specification for project are properly implemented Assist the PM/CM in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the detailed work program. Review drawing, plans and verify the structural integrity of materials and designs. Ensure progress in accordance with the schedule, quality standards are maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical/drawing issues are resolved on time. Liaise with consultants/authorities on drawing and technical issues Coordinate the site activities with subcontractors. Ensure site safety and preparation safe work documents & procedures with safety personnel. Job Requirements: Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 3-6 years of relevant working experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Basic knowledge of CAD/BIM.
