AI Marketing Builder - Office Based

About the role

We are looking for a highly intelligent, highly independent AI Marketing Builder to help grow a luxury South Florida real estate brand focused on ultra high net worth clients and waterfront property opportunities. This is not a standard marketing role. You will work directly with an entrepreneur building a sophisticated lead generation ecosystem using AI tools, automation, databases, newsletters, websites, market intelligence, and targeted outreach. Your work will help position the brand as a trusted authority in the South Florida waterfront real estate market while generating qualified investor and buyer meetings. This is a full time remote position for a South African based employee. Key Responsibilities Building luxury real estate websites and landing pages using AI tools such as Replit Using AI workflows and automation tools to streamline lead generation Building and managing email outreach campaigns targeting high net worth individuals Scraping and organizing public databases and lead lists Creating and publishing South Florida Waterfront Market Intelligence Reports Helping develop a polished personal brand presence across web and digital channels Working with AI tools such as OpenClaw , APIs , and AI workflow platforms Assisting with newsletters, SEO content, lead magnets, and investor-focused media South Florida luxury real estate trends, developments, and opportunities Supporting JV marketing opportunities and strategic outreach campaigns Occasionally communicating with prospects or partners via Zoom or email Minimum of 2 years experience using AI tools effectively within a business environment Familiarity and practical experience using Replit Knowledge of APIs , AI integrations , and workflow automation Comfortable working with automation platforms and modern AI technologies Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and lead generation strategies Ability to leverage AI tools to create high-quality written conten t and marketing copy Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills Strong written English skills with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks , and maintain attention to detail Eagerness to stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends Desirable Experience working with OpenClaw and similar AI-powered platforms Understanding of SEO best practices and search engine optimization strategies Exposure to luxury brand marketing and premium customer engagement Experience within the real estate industry or property-related sectors Ability to create and manage newsletters, investor updates, and professional reports Familiarity with data scraping , data enrichment, and lead intelligence tools Knowledge of CRM systems and database management practices Experience researching, sourcing and enriching prospect data to support business development activities Understanding of audience segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns Interest in emerging AI technologies and their application in business operations and marketing initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results Technically proficient and confident using modern AI tools and technologies Capable of working independently and managing tasks with minimal supervision Professional, polished, and highly detail-oriented in their approach Able to quickly understand business objectives and translate ideas into effective outcomes Comfortable operating in high-performance environments and engaging with discerning clients A fast learner with a genuine interest in AI, digital marketing, and emerging technologies Creative with a strong eye for design, branding, and visual presentation Adaptable, resourceful, and committed to delivering work of the highest standard Passionate about innovation and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and results Essential Attribute: Demonstrates exceptional judgment and attention to detail when creating content, presentations, branding materials, and customer-facing communications.
