  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior sales, marketing, or commercial leadership roles
  • Strong experience in biologics, CDMO, or related life sciences environments
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and new business acquisition in China
  • Strong people‑leadership experience within complex, matrix organizations
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong business acumen and customer focus
  • Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and fast‑growing markets

Additional Information

The Integrated Biologics China Sales Head is a senior commercial leadership role within Lonza's Integrated Biologics business. The position is accountable for defining and executing the China commercial strategy to capture the fast‑growing biologics market, while delivering sustainable revenue growth across Integrated Biologics and other defined businesses.
